Introduction
I started Quality price because ive always wanted to run my own business but also because I want to offer to the consumer something different. Quality price is a business which sells quality products at great prices with great customer service, currently I sell on ebay, but wish to expand in the future with a stand alone site as well.
Im not aiming the business to be just another site selling products to people, I believe that in today's retail environment and indeed in other industries, many businesses are not providing the kind of service they should be, or simply can't because staff levels are cut in order to maximise shareholders profits and meeting targets.
Of course businesses need to make money and for bigger companies, please the shareholders, but the bottom line is pleasing the customers, as technically they pay the wages.
We need to get back to putting the customer first and not just doing something because Watchdog are investigating them.
We all get it wrong from time to time but its our reaction to how we deal with it that can turn the negative experience into a positive one, I want to make Quality price a place where people can expect certain standards from and a level of service and value that the deserve.

About me
I've worked in retail for 14 years taking on various roles, working my way from general staff to management, as a manager I work with staff so that we can give the best performance as a team and learn from any mistakes that are made, I think that this is important in not only the development of ourselves but also the company.
I have many ambitions and achievemnets in life and I believe we should all make these goals for ourelves as we then have something to work towards, just as compamnies set tragets, we should to for our individual serves
The retail enviroment
Retail has changed dramatically over the years, competition and the financial situation of the country has meant things are tough, but if anything it's even more important now to offer the best customer service around, after all, customers equal sales.
Of course there are many businesses out there, both online and in stores that offer fantastic customer service and they are to be congratulated on this, like others I will take service into consideration and not just price and/or quality of the products. I would rather pay a bit more in a shop for something if I was getting great service as appose to somewhere that has cheaper items but customer service is lacking.
Online businesses will have it even harder to provide great customer service as there generally is no face to face customer interaction, but its still important and this is something that I aim to showcase through my ebay store and eventually my site.
I want people to come back again and again and purchase things from me, some of my ebay feedback has shown this with comments from buyers saying that they would purchase form me again, this makes me happy that I have satisfied the customer and it gives me a good feeling that I am not only doing what i've set out to do but also provided what I can sum up in my company slogan as:

What the shop sells...
In the shop I sell a variety of goods, from household items, to health & beauty items, Football items, DVD's, video games and lots more.
I shop around for the best deals I can get from good quality online wholesalers and various other sites.
Some items are continuous and have a large supply of them and others are only there to they are sold or are limited in numbers.
I sell seasonal lines, so whether its nearly Christmas or Halloween there will be things in the shop to help you make the occasion extra special.
Postage & packaging...
With anything you buy I offer FREE second class postage so you know that you are just paying the price advertised and there are no postage costs to add on afterwards, unless you would like to have items sent to you quicker via First class postage or Next day delivery, which I offer at discounted rates and you will only pay the postage price once on the item, so if you buy 3 of an item theres only one postage cost.
I dispatch items the same day if you purchase them before 5pm and payment has been received, items are packaged securely and protect them well so that they will arrive to you in perfect condition.
